Gordon Keller, Ph.D.

Director, McEwen Centre for Regenerative Medicine, University Health Network of Toronto

Dr. Keller is a scientific co-founder of BlueRock Therapeutics and the director of the McEwen Centre for Regenerative Medicine at the University Health Network in Toronto. He is best known for his research in lineage specific differentiation of mouse and human embryonic stem cells. Prior to this role, Dr. Keller was the director of the Black Family Stem Cell Institute at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York where he previously was a professor in the Department of Gene and Cell Medicine.

Dr. Keller had prior appointments at the National Jewish Centre for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine in Denver, Colorado and the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology in Vienna, Austria. He was a member of the Basel Institute for Immunology in Switzerland after completing a post doctoral fellowship at the Ontario Cancer Institute in Toronto. Dr. Keller earned his Ph.D. in immunology at the University of Alberta.
